First you have to put the demo file into your cstrike directory (in Steam folder). Check whether your file extension is .dem. Be sure to name it (the file) in an easy way to remember. Launch the game and go to console (~ key) and write: viewdemo *name_of_your_demo*. Be sure to include the extension, thus it should be like this: viewdemo mydemo.dem. You could also use the "playdemo" command.
