How do you unlock all islands on gta Liberty City stories?

you have to keep doing mission with salvatore and that unlocks the second island and just keep doing missions to unlock the third.

other wise you could just get the cars drive on water cheat drive across to the second island but the only way to get up is the docks then you through the city and off the other side and at bottom left of the third island on your puase map their should be a picnic spot and that's how get to the third island. their so that's how get to the other islands.
