There may be 2 reasons for this:You may have added it to your friends list.This could be a Jagex Staff impersonator, and what I would suggest you do is wait for him/her to say something then report it straight away, then remove them from friends list, then add them to your ignore list so that way you will not have to bother about them.Note: They will threaten you lock or ban you etc. if they are trying to impersonate, but rest assured if it were anyone what works for Jagex they would have a gold Crown even in private chat, and if it were a mod they would have a white crown, so if they don't have any crowns next to their name, report then ignore list.
