How do you sleep in minecraft PC?

You place it like a regular block, note that it is two blocks long and it will place the foot of the bed where the cursor is, so will be unable to place it if something is obstucting the block next to that, say you were facing a wall and tried to place it on the floor right next to that wall.

You create a bed in a crafting table using three wool in the middle row and then three planks on the bottom, then you just put it down and right-click on it when it is night time. You will automatically wake up in the morning.

if you update your minecraft there is a bed and if you right click it you sleep on it

once you plonk a bed down all you need to do is go next to it and right click to sleep, but you can only sleep at night time.
