Yes, the six AR cards do come with the Nintendo 3ds
Nintendo has not released the names of them yet, which means that they are probably still determining what to call them.
The cards come packaged with the 3DS, but if you lose one you can print it out at the link below.
A 3DS is Nintendo's latest handheld device (aside from the 3DS XL, a bigger 3DS) that boasts several capabilities over its predecessor, the DSi. These include the ability to make Miis, a redegisned home menu where you can change the dimensions and create menus, Streetpass, Spotpass, the Nintendo eShop, AR Card readers, QR code scanners, and of course, 3D.
AR cards are just pieces of card; they cannot have data written to them. 3DS cameras will only recognise their design.

AR stands for Augmented Reality. The technology itself has been around for years. In fact, most smart phones include this. Here's how it works. Included in the Nintendo 3DS are 6 AR cards. Each card includes a "code" on it. The Nintendo 3DS camera takes a photo of the card and then searches the internal memory for a matching software code. Then the mini game appears on a background captured by the camera. This is not to be confused with the "Action Replay" cartridge, which is an unauthorized cheat device created for multiple console platforms. This device searches for certain memory values, such as your current stock of ammunition or health, and can be made to "freeze" those values, so that if you use your weapon or suffer damage, the values will not decrease.
What you need is a printer. Go to the nintendo.com website or look in your operations manual in your 3DS. Print out the Card(s) and they will get recognised by the 3DS on Augumented Reality. Probably nearly full ink is recommended.
