In GTA IV, Niko can save the cars he wants to keep, on the parking spaces allotted to his safehouses. You can park two cars on the spaces, or a car and a motorcycle. You can actually squeeze three cars on to the space sometimes, but I have personally lost cars that I have saved, that way.
Even the space outside the firebombed apartment in Broker can still be used to store vehicles.
There appears to be a glitch sometimes on the space outside the Alderney safehouse. I try to keep a car and a motor bike actually parked alongside the car, and that way you can save them. Put two cars on there, one behind the other, and often one of the cars disappears later.
Be sure to make a save either manually, or see through an autosave after a mission, in order for the cars to be saved initially.
A worthy car to save is the Sultan RS, hidden behind the sheds at the old dilapidated mansion in Westdyke, Alderney.

You cannot, GTA SA has a much lower graphic system then GTA IV, plus the cars in GTA IV have more addons than GTA SA.
yes i know the best solution is you have to do a fresh gta 4 installation. it is the problem with the save games
no,as long as you dont save after use,if you do save,it will block you earning achievements
All of GTA cars that have been made are just GTA cars. There isn't any real life cars, unless you MOD them.
