There are no sheep on Cryptids Island.
However, there are quite a few goats at Puerto Rico, and they figure in the plan to catch the chupacabra. On your first visit to Puerto Rico, get the fur from the fence at the house of the herder's brother (right side star). Test it at the Lab.
On your second trip, the herder is out to trap the chupacabra, and his brother suggests you use the Jeep to herd three spotted goats into the grass at Snaggletooth Rock (center star). They would be bait for the chupacabra, who supposedly likes to catch spotted goats. Drive the goats into the grass, then get out and meet the herder, who has set up a large crate to catch the chupacabra.

When you return to Puerto Rico, the first farmer has decided to trap the Chupacabra. Drive to meet again with his brother (right side star), who suggests that you use your jeep to corral the three spotted goats at Snaggletooth Rock (center star).
Drive to the area and steer around the three goats (two are together) and herd them to the Rock. Once all three are in the grass circle, leave the vehicle and meet the goat herder, who has set up the large crate with chains and locks.
