There is no way to.
There are no CPU players for multiplayer in Halo Reach.
sadly, no. no one has managed to do this on computer. on xbox, this will never be possible.
It depends on what kind of games you're looking to play, and your graphics card. I, for instance, have a 2.8 GHz CPU, but unfortunately my graphics card is terrible. It all just depends on what your system setups is.
You can't
You can play any game with the basic specs, its basic CPU and video card can handle the latest games.
ways a game could harm your computer is that it will take up memory and slow up your computer when you play you want to make sure your computer fits the qualifacations of the game and most games variey on the requirments for computers but the better or newer the game the more memory it will take up and the faster CPU would be needed
Computer
psp emulators, (or any type of emulator, N64 Snes etc.) allows you to play that type of system on you CPU with the games you download.
I think its just a mini computer....i guess but with different formats making games compatible and fit for purpose to play.
The CPU is located on the motherboard, under the heatsink.
yes.
