No, Xbox and Playstation store their saves in different ways. Not only that, but each system saves their data differently from one generation to another. You couldn't move a save from the xbox 360 to a PS3, you couldn't move the save from the PS3 to the PS4. So, I'm sorry but you can't transfer a save from your xbox 360 to your new PS4.
Can you actually remote play PS4 on your PC with keyboard and mouse?
With the new 3.5 update to ps4 you have the option to stream your games to your pc. The program on pc seem to register my keyboard commands but not mouse, so is it even possible to play games that require mouse like any FPS (Battlefield, Fallout, Battlefront..)

It depends on whether you have a controller connected already. If you do go to settings and go to bluetooth connections- then on the controller not set up yet hold the ps button and the share button down for a few seconds so it blinks then on the ps4 find wireless controller on the list of bluetooth devices click on it and there you go.
