You can use the switch window function by holding down the Alt key while you press Tab. Be warned that sometimes the game can freeze if you try to get back on the minimized window.
You can also press the button that looks like the windows logo between the FN and ALT buttons. Be warned opening the game up again may take a minute or so to load.
