First you need to get up to about level 10 or 9 and you get the boyfriend or Partner to like on the girl and in Purple there will be a Get Engadged (not sure how to spell it) then after you have reached the end of the engagement bar you can click get married
1st, keep on pressing "be romantic" until you are "partners 2nd, you have to have $2,500 or 4 lifepoints to get a ring 3rd, when you have your money or lifepoints, click on her/him and press "purpose" 4th, If your partner says "yes" or nods, that means your engaged. 5th, do step 1, until it says "get married" Hope this helped you
