Make sure you have a fire going
Step 1: fill the pot with salt water
Step 2: place a rock underneath the fire(located at the end of the bridge)
Step 3: place three soapy-smelling plants on the table (located under the lab where researchers work by the blackberries)
Step 4: take the hot rock to the pot
Step 5: place an adult villager on the table where you put the plant
Step 6: after they have finished place an adult on the pot and the will begin to stack the soap

Well, You Have To Get Three Soap Smelling Herbs, Get Three And Fill Up The Pot With Sea Water, The Heat UP The Rock That's By The Bridge, By The Way, The Flowers Are They're To. Get A Person To Cook The THREE Flowers. Hope That Helps.
First, you must have the campfire thing. After that, get the villager to get three soapy smelling herbs.(It is a white flower near the berry bush.) You should use a child as they move faster. Next, place an adult near the pile of rocks beside the bridge leading towards the research place. The vilager would put it in the fire. After a while, the rock would turn red. Put drag your villager on top of the fire. He would bring it to the cauldron/pot. If you move your villager somewhere else, you would have to put another rock all over again. Lastly, drag a villager to the salt water pots to collect water. You should do this before collecting the rock. After the water is in the pot/cauldron(Make sure there is white smoke coming from the water), and the herbs on the table, drag an adult villager to the table with herbs. After he puts in the herbs, wait for the water to evaporate. Then drag a villager to the pots once more. ^^

You have to go to plans and click shower plans (when you have it unlocked) and then you click on whatever shower you want as long as you have the tools and skills for it.
