There isn't a cheat. EA is trying to keep from having a bad influence on all of the teens that are playing this game because it is rated T Teen. Teenagers can't WooHoo or get pregnant. That's also why Sims can't get drunk. I think it's stupid. Most people playing this won't actually do what's in the game...

you make two adults or young adults love each other.
type testingcheatsenabled true into the cheat box (shift+ctrl+C)
then you make them get relaxed on a bed, then click try for baby BUT then click pause, you then make them both teenagers(click on one of them while holding shift and click change your sim (something like that) then repeat with other sim.
then press play and its done!!!
