Either feed them old food that has green gas coming out of it, overfeed them, or use a cheat by entering testingheatsenabled true into the cheat box (for sims 3) and hold Shift and click on a young adult or adult sim (with right click) choose spawn and then enter a code that you can find at any sims 3 cheat website.
just give them rotten food and they sometimes puke. Also pregnancy does it too. Buy a birthday cake, or fish one up...let it set out until its "putrid" quality. ...And "let them eat cake". lol!

your sim, after tring for a baby, after about half a day, she will get the nauncious moodlet and will vomit. She will then vomit a few times fater that, and will start to have whishes to eat stuff. Then after about a day, she will fall pregnant and will have maternity leave. Hope this helped :)
