How do you make a healer in Virtual Villagers 2?

At the very beginning, solve puzzle 8 by getting a villager to study the four strange plants (catcus, rose, lily, and bush-like thing near the lagoon) around the island. Then you can drag various people to study them and they will gain healing skill. If you don't want to do it that way, wait for somebody to get sick. Then drag a healthy person onto that sick person. Whatever you do, DON'T give up on them if they don't get it the first time!! They usually don't get it the first time, so keep dragging them on until the person is cured on the bar says 'This villager improved at healing.' Eventually, they can become doctors. By the way, healing is the only thing somebody can do as a kid. I did it with a five year old who is now a Master Scientist AND an adept doctor.

You have to download or buy the full version of Virtual Villagers 2 to make a healer. When someone is sick, it will say their action is 'Not Feeling Well' and they will sit next to the fire. Click on the villager you want to be a healer's details, and make a check next to healer. Then drag that villager to the sick one. If the healer is successful she or he will heal the sick villager. Note that a healer cannot heal itself, so I recommend having two healers in your village in case one of them gets sick. (The healers can get sick too.) If nobody is sick, you can make someone a better healer by dragging it to one of the 6 'strange plants' located around the island. Have the healer study it until it says he or she has mastered the plant. Do this for all 6 plants hidden around the island. Each time the healer masters a plant he or she will gain more points for healing. It isn't very hard to heal someone.

You drag another villager and drop them on the sick villager. It may take a few tries depending on the skill level. Strategy tip: Children can heal, giving them skill points before "working age."

If you see a villager kind of walking around all slow or laying down click on them. If it says ' Not feeling well'. Than that villager is sick. If you have a hospital they will go there and lay down. Take any villager who is not nursing or sick as well and put them on top of the villager. It may take several tries to heal this person, but don't give up. If they are more experienced in healing there will be less tries to heal a person. There will be a sound of sneezing and the person will bend over to heal the person if you are successful. After about 15 seconds the healer will walk away and the person is healed. Note that if a person is 'weakened' not 'sick' on the detail screen, a healer will do nothing. Only continuous dragging to the food bin and time will make a 'weakened' person healthy again.
