To remove yourself from Farmville simply delete the application on your Facebook profile. Select "Account" from the upper right corner of your Facebook home page and then "Application Settings". The list of applications that will be displayed are the ones that you have 'allowed' and to 'disallow' or remove an application mouse-click the corresponding "X" in the right hand column. That should do it!
