You can file complaint a person for whatever reason he/she is doing wrong such as hacking, abuse etc.
You can also submit a review about the player.
This is the only way to try and ban a person. If people do the same, file complaint I mean, the person will get banned for 48 hours (or a day I think).
You can't get rid of an xbox live ban. Microsoft have special codes in every xbox and every profile, these codes cannot be changed in anyway and once you are on the ban list then that's that. If it is a permenant ban then you will need to buy a new xbox and start a new profile if you want to play xbox live again, if it's a temporary ban then you'll just have to wait. You have to really insult a lot of people to get ban from xbox live or you have been trying to use a chipped xbox online, either way you've been foolish and I hope you have learned a lesson.
You cannot ban anyone from Xbox Live via Xbox Support. You can report the user, block communications, and avoid them. The Xbox Support Team will NOT ban anyone for you. The user system is built with a regulation of reputation. If the user receives a certain amount of reports, etc. They will be banned. (I think).

My xbox live name is DeAdLyShOcK 105 add me then we can go on black ops if you got it
You can not because PlayStation Network and Xbox Live can not interact with each other. Also PS3 can not go on Xbox Live using a PS3.

Someone hacked it
You go to the website and look at the bottom of the page for the number.
If Xbox live find out or someone files a complaint to your proflie PS Xbox is way better than PS3
To find out go here: support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-live/how-to/chat/terms-of-use-conduct Choose "Control communications on Xbox LIVE" to find out how to mute them, block their communications to you, or avoid them altogether. Choose "File an Xbox LIVE complaint" to find out how to report someone. Chose "Understand possible penalties: suspensions and bans" to find out what will happen if you report someone and Xbox LIVE finds out that the person did do something bad.
Well it depends on what games. Most games u can play xbox live with 2 people. For example on halo 3 u can play 4 people on xbox live...
