How do you have babies on Sims 3?

You have to relax on a double bed, then call over someone, then say 'Try for baby'. If you are lucky and a girl then you will get pregnant and then have a baby.
First log on to your sims 3 game.

Then make an adult male and an adult female.

Then select a home lot, not just a regular lot.

If you have enough mone buy a funished home.

If you do not have enough money just buy a bed (make sure it is a double bed).

Make your adult female "relax" in bed have your sim do this by clicking on the bed bed then clicking relax from the options.

Make your adult male do the same.

have your female sim click on the male ans select "woohoo".

Woohoo twice or as many times as you have to untill "try for baby" on the options.

"try for baby" 10 times.

your sim may vomit once or twicein the next two or one day.

then your sim will be pregnant!!!

after a while your sim will have its baby!!! if you want to be able to pick your sims traits go to the hospital for ur baby!!

There are three ways to have a baby on The Sims 3.

First: select the cell phone and call for services. Next, select adoption services and choos baby when the social worker comes over.

Second: have two individuals with a high relationship with each other begin romantic interactions. Once the irresistible prompt is shown on the top left-hand side, select the try for baby option from the romantic menu.

Third: have two individuals with a high relationship relax on a double bed together. Next, select try for baby from the interaction wheel.

You have to have a really good relationship, or a 'romantic interest'. Relax on a double bed, when your sim is, click on the other man/woman and click 'try for baby' It will take about 2 days for sims to find out they're pregnant and when they are, they will give birth in four sim days.
