Complete the quests of krokosphinx, then the marleybone dog in charge will give you a scarab and the the mander who stands at the gate head gives you another and with them you activate the pillars around the circle which activated the transport.

first you have to go to the krokosphinx and beat krokhotep in the emporors retreat. second you go to the balance school and talk to alhazard. third go to the oasis and talk to sargent major talbot then talk to te purple mander and light up the sigils or whater there called then wait and the teloporter apears and leads you to another island that's how to get to the tombof storms
