The shrieking shack is a fictional place created by J. K. Rowling for her Harry Potter series. What you see in the movies is a shack built on the set. The reason it was said to be the most haunted building in England is because it was built for Remus Lupin, a werewolf, when he was a student at Hogwarts. However, no one knew he was a werewolf, save his three best friends, so they thought the shrieks coming from the shack were created by ghosts.
First, the snake is called Nagini and not Nagani. She is found with Lord Voldemort in the Shrieking Shack, the haunted dwelling in Hogsmeade. Harry,Ron and Hermione reach there by using the secret passage which has its entrance under the Whomping Willow. They go there after Harry has a vision of Voldemort.
Harry Potter met Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Neville Longbottom, Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle on the train. In the movie, he doesn't meet Crabbe or Goyle on the train.

The tree J.K. Rowling was drawing during the ABC special was an image of the Whomping Willow, a magical tree from the Harry Potter series. The Whomping Willow plays a significant role in the story as it guards the entrance to the secret passage leading to the Shrieking Shack on the Hogwarts grounds.
