when you see two holes jump into the top hole and follow the path
when you enter the chroma ruins you go down the steps, i would say bring a bastidon with you as you will need it down there, you just keep going the chroma ruins, and when you get to the hole with another hole above it which needs to be dug through by sandshrew, go through the top one then when you get down there use bastidon to remove the rock, and follow the path! :D
