-Blake at the Crimson Caravan (at lvl 16+)

It can also be found on high level enemies; such as the Viper Leader.
The Shishkebab can be found in the Old World Blues & Honest Hearts DLCs on enemies
A unique Shishkebab called the Gehenna can be purchased from the Gun Runners prodived that you have the Gun Runners Arsenal DLC.
Unlike in Fallout 3, you cannot craft the Shishkebab.
