First you jump to the left hand corner of your screen to find the geiger counter. Then you jump to the middle platform on the top. Click on one of the steel bars to knock it over. Jump back over to the geiger counter and push it down the newly formed ramp.
In the Rock lab, you use the moving belts to travel down to the floor, then all the way to the right, thne back up to the upper right where there is a storage room.
