Go to the grave yard. There is a weird bush with flowers called the Death Flowers. Have your Sim pick one. It will be in his/her's inventory. When your Sim dies, he/she will show the flower to the Grimm Reeper. He will give you your life in exchange for the flower. If you are a Level 7 Gardener, you can plant the hidden seeds in your inventory. That is all I know. :)!
