Go To The Point Where You Would Normally Glide With The Deku Leaf To Go Over The Broken Bridge To The Forest Of Faeries. Then, Use The Telescope To Look For A Giant Stone Head. After You Put The Wind In The Right Direction, Glide Towards The Rock Head. If You Have The Power Bracelets, Pick Up The Rock Head And Go Into The Savage Labarynth. Defeat Every Monster And Keep Going Downwards. Then, At The Bottom, Conduct The Winds Requiem On The Blue Circle With The Winds Symbol On It. Then A Spiked Chest Will Appear. The Triforce Chart Is In This Chest.
will need: grappling hook, skull hammer, cabana deed, windwaker. you go into the cabana with the grappling hook and its surprising. you can use it only in here. link to the hook on the ceiling, and the fireplace will go out. roll down there to find rooms you have to crawl through, and you will have to hit some stakes with the skull hammer. eventually, you will find a circular spot which you play the wind gods aria on, a treasure chest will appear with the triforce chart =)

Warp to Greatfish Isle then sail SW to Needle Rock Isle. Keep heading SW from the Northern end of the island, you should run into three Cannon Warships. One of the warships is gold colored, that's the one with the Tri-force chart. Sinking the other two first makes it easier to sink the gold one. After sinking the gold warship, pull up the treasure from its light ring. That should be your Tri-force Chart.
At a certain point in the game Tingle will send you the IN-credible chart. This chart shows you where the triforce charts are. Just find them with the map! But some charts may require you to have certain items. For example *hint* the chart in the private oasis requires you to have the skull hammer.
8 tri force charts lead to the 8 tri force pieces. Chart locations: Islet of Steel, Private Oasis, Bird's Peak Rock, Ghost Ship, Needle Rock Island, Outset Island, Stone Watcher Island, and Overlook Island.
THE GREATEST ANSWER EVER OF ALL TIME MAYBEWhat you need to do is find triforce maps, you can't read them though. Before you progress in the game you must MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A REALLY HUGE RUPEE POUCH!!! IF its not big enough (can only hold 99 rupees) then you won't be able to progress past this point. Take the map to Tingle Island, and pay Tingle a HUGE amount of rupees to tell you the exact spot where the Triforce Shard is. IF you try to just look up the places where they are online and grapple hook in the spot, it won't work (I know, I've tried -_-). Keep searching for Triforce Maps and bringing them to Tingle and eventually you'll have a completed Triforce Piece!Whether you agree or disagree, this is Your (underscore) Real (underscore) Father, signing off.
On the Sea Chart, it's five squares down from the Forsaken Fortress.
The name of a hard rock group from Long Island NY. They had one chart hit in 1984 with We're not gonna take it.
First, warp to Great Fish Isle. Then sail southwest to Needle Rock Isle, and keep that way until you see three cannon warships. One of the ships are gold, this is the one you want to sink. (I recommend destroying the other two first to get them out of the way.) After sinking the gold ship, make sure the other two are also sunk, so you may pull up the treasure from its light ring in peace.
