On the PC there is different ways, you look down at the hands and smack the space bar for a couple of seconds or you could press F key and spaces bar like " F space F space" or the way i got it on the left hand side of the board do the same with the f key and space bar but you use the Ctrl and alt keys instead.
I hope this works they are the only way i know how to do it :)
xbox: just keep pushing the left and right trigger continously. PS3: Same thing keep pushing the triggers.
Wii: shake the wii mote and nunchuck. ccp(wii) bottom triggers.
It's rather simple. Just shake the numchuck and wii remote at the same time rapidly.
Apperntly you keep smacking space bar ( It didn't work for me though) but I think theres something wrong with my game.
look down to see that your strapped in then press fire and aim rapidly.
make sure your person is looking down to see he's strapped in and press LT and RT rapidly and he will break out and get up.
