if you're inserting the game into a CD-ROM drive, it won't work. I had the same problem one time, but the way to fix it is to either buy a DVD-ROM drive and find someone to install it to your computer, or download the game online. Make sure you look at the back of the case to make sure you have all the requirements. Another one of my issues was the video card, you can purchase an updated one at a local computer store.
