You will have to check the bulletin board on the left at the guild on the mission floor, or from Spinda's Café. The mission you are looking for will have something to do with a GOLDEN CHAMBER. Before you leave for the golden chamber mission, make sure your leader is a water type. Once you get to the Golden chamber, pick up the treasure deluxe boxes on the island. When you return to Treasure town, have Xatu appraise it. Sometimes, the treasure boxes may contain golden seeds. A few wondermails for golden chambers are:
