It'll be inside a Mumbo Crate. The contents are randomised, but the part is somewhat uncommon so the crate should be reasonably difficult to find. You'll just have to open every Mumbo Crate in the game until you find it. Happy hunting!

You can get the 604 and 602 crate engine bolts from claytonsperf on E-bay. There by far best ones and brake-off at the right TQ. I've tried others and the quality just is not the same.
