There are three bomb bag upgrades in the game. The upgrades are in the following locations:
- The first upgrade is located on Mount Crenel. Go up the wall, and on the east side of the wall, you'll find a wall that you can find. Do so, and throw your bombs into the spring. Answer "neither" to her question, and she'll give you the first upgrade, which lets you hold 30 bombs.
- The second upgrade can bought from the shop in Hyrule Castle Town for 600 rupees. This lets you hold 60 bombs.
- For the third upgrade, fuse Kinstones with Belari, who gave you the bomb bag, to make a chest appear outside the Fortress of Winds. Open this chest to get the 99 bomb upgrade.
The only way to get more bombs in any Zelda game in my experience is to buy more (oh, really?). However if you want to increase your carrying capacity, you need more bomb bags.
you have to finish the 6th dungeon and obtain the 6th crystal first, then you go to the Bomb Shop and the vendor will ask you for 100 rupees to get the Super Bomb.
