I only know how to on pocket paradise:

Appear:Have 100 pinometers of water (10%).

Visit:Have 300 pinometers of water (30%),have 3 watercress plants in the garden,have 3 waterlilies in the garden,have 3 bullrushes in the garden.

Resident:Have 400 pinometers of water in the garden (40%),has eaten 1 watercress flower,has eaten 1 waterlily flower,has eaten 1 bullrush head.

Romance:Have 500 pinometers of water (50%),You have to have the Candary master romancer award,have 1 variant candary in the garden, has eaten 4 bird of paradise flower heads,have a chippopotamus house in garden.

Variant:Has eaten a jar of jam.

Tip:Its best to use romance candy instead of doing the Romance requirments and try to only keep up to 3 chippopotamus in your garden cause the take up a lot of room :) hope this helps
