To get one as a house there is a downloadable expansion for it, in total there a 3 different expansions you can download for quests that get you houses, one is for the castle, one is for a wizards tower, and the other is for a different type of house there are also other expansions, one is for the shivering isles which is a pretty big expansion that covers new territory, and there is also another one , knights of the nine, i think its called, which is a series of quests in short theres a ton of stuff for download from xbox live for oblivion
At the moment the only legit way to get it is to buy the Digital Deluxe version from Steam, which comes with all the official plugins, including Battlehorn Castle. (If you buy the TES Anthology, the redemption code inside for Oblivion is the Digital Deluxe one).
