How do you get a Unique Croch-Rocket on San Andreas?

Start at C.J's First house and go down the alley. Go left on the road the alley takes you to. Then stop at the bridge and turn left and fall off the bridge. Then go straight until you see on the right a tunnel go in it and when you come out you turn left and you will be on a street right to the right of you is a parking deck go up on the deck to the 2nd floor and there will be a Croch-Rocket and there is one on the top floor also. Every time you got back there will be a different colored one.
