In order to get the red jewel, you need the Helmet Key. Go to where you got the serum for Richard. Instead of going downstairs, keep going up the hall. Press X on the door to the left. Go in the room. Push the stairs near the moose head. Then, go near the door and turn off the lights. Find the stairs and go up the stairs and you can get the Red Jewel. Take the Red Jewel to the Tiger statue. The rest you get to find out.
The jewel is in the room that is close to the door with the number pad on it and when you get into the room keep the light off you will see a shining light in a moose head get the stool or chair to move it to the moose head and click x on the moose head and it will bring up the red jewel.(this only works if the light is off)(and the red jewel also unlocks the colt magnum which is a really good and powerful gun)
It depends on which jewel you need. The first jewel that you obtain is Alfred's Jewel. This is located by his dead body. The 2nd jewel that you obtain is Alexander's Jewel. You can get this when it falls off of Alexander's body. The final jewel you get after you defeat Alexia.
