I heard it was in the future for a thanksgiving day quest. The lair is no longer available but you can still get the four backpacks from fusion blowfish in bravo beach, nowhere, monkey foothills fought (I him myself but he is too hard), and prickly pines/camp kidney.

There is also a higher level Fusion Blossom located at Mandark's Lair, in Genius Grove. It is unknown if this is a duplicate glitch or intended by the makers of FusionFall.
