How do you download and use add-ons in Blockland?

all you need to do is:

1. Unzip the world/map

2. Create a new world on minecraft

3. on the main menu click "Mods and texture Packs" then "Open texture pack folder"

4. Then at the top it where it tells you the path click on the ".minecraft" folder

5. After that click on "saves" and open up the world folder that you created. Then remove everything in that folder and copy over all the files in the folder you have unzipped.

6. Start up minecraft and the world you have created and enjoy it!

First, got to forum.blockland.us. Look in the Add-On's section, Download the file, and put it in the Add-Ons folder for Blockland. Then, when you start a game, click Add-Ons, and check the ones you want.

Download the ZIP file of the map you want. If it is a .rar, then use WinRAR to open it and extract the files. You want to get the folder that has the files world, region, etc. in it. Launch Minecraft and go to Mods and Texture Packs. Open the folder and go back one tab. Enter the saves folder and drag your world folder into the saves folder. Go back to Minecraft and the world should be playable.

The most recommended websites that are for downloading maps are planet minecraft and minecraft.net. you press download and you will have a zip that has a folder. You press go on top of your laptop and search for:~/Library. Go to application support folder and go to minecraft folder and drag your downloaded folder to the saves folder. Then go to mine craft, if you couldn't find the map world, take back the downloaded folder and open it, there will be another folder that has your downloaded map name on it. Drag it out and put this into the saves folder and drag your folder that has your real map world folder into the trash and you can enjoy.
