all you have to do is hold x button for 5 seconds but try do something humerous if you have30 left like run (look up and sprint) or corpse hump (b up b down you will look like you are humping)

to defuse a bomb in mw2 for Xbox 360: you need to hold (X) and to defuse it in PS3 you need to hold (Square), and don't forget that you need to be beside the bomb...
