While the wii does have these capabilities, it has yet to be used much. The Nintendo channel allows the ds to download limited demos from the wii using ds download play, and Animal Crossing city folk connects to animal crossing wild world to transfer player data.
It should work. On the back of the wii, you will see a USB plug in. I belive if you plug a cable in the Nintendo and the same cable in the USB plug-in of the wii, It should work. You can try but do not force the plug of the cable in the wii or Nintendo. Try fliping the cable upside down because if you force the cable in, it can cause serouse damage to your games.
p.s. if this doesnt work it is because i never tried it. But Acording to the possibilities, and the calculations i made, the Nintendo cable and the usb cable both bring data to anything that collects it. f this didnt work, ask someone else
Yes, but only in certain games: * You can download game demos to a DS by use of the Nintendo Channel. * You can import your Pokemon from a Pokemon Diamond or Pearl game to Pokemon Battle Revolution or My Pokemon Ranch. There may also be others, but generally only the Wii and DS versions of the same game can connect to each other.
yes it can with games on the wii like Guitar Hero but if you answer this that would be great how do you connect the DSi to the mii channel?
no but you can connect to the wii to trade stuff etc
Yes, the DSi can connect with the Wii just like an ordinary DS can with game demo downloads, new game features, and Miis in some games.
I think it should be for DSi like while you play Mario kart wii a friend that has a DSi can connect and play.
Yes you can but I wouldn't do it if I was you. A dsi XL may not worth a wii. My cousin traded his dsi XL for a wii and the gamestop cashier said trading the dsi XL for a wii is limited. You should just keep your dsi XL. What I'm trying to say is don't trade your dsi XL for a wii because a wii is very sensitive!
The only way i know of is: 1) go to the mii channel on the wii menu 2) press a, b, 1 and then hold 2 3) wait a few seconds and something should come up asking you if you want to connect (this only works on dsi's, probably dsi XL's too) 4) turn on your ds and go into ds download play (press yes on the wii) 5) the mii's on your wii should connect to your dsi or dsi XL
No, you cannot use a DSi Action Replay for the Wii - there isn't even a slot for DS games on the Wii. The DSi Action Replay can only be used for a DSi console.
Wii
The Nintendo Wii/DS wireless adaptor is a USB plugin that plugs into your PC. This turns your own PC into a wireless hotspot that the DS or the Wii can connect to, so if your computer uses a wired connection, you can connect them wirelessly. It can also be used if your own router uses WPA encryption - the DS can only connect using WEP, and can use the adaptor to connect instead. Note that while the DSi can use WPA encryption, this is only for the DSi store or browser, not games, so it can be useful to DSi users too.
you should get a snooker table or a wii because dsi has a small screen plus dsi and wii are similar i think you should get a wii dont listen to me if u dont like this idea or you can get a wii
No It Is Not Possible To Connect It To A Dsi
no, but the wii does
Wii would be better because it has better graphics, games and its more physical like Wii has Wwe12 2k11 & 2k12 dsi doesn't have that the only good thing about dsi is that its portable and wii has better internet So the answer is Wii
