you get tooth paste with NO crystals and rub the tooth paste on the scratched spots and make sure you go outward. the rub it off outwards then rinse it.

put rubbing alchohal on a clean & folded paper towel and rub in a circular motion on game disk and rinse with water and completely dry with a new folded paper towel and iw will most likely work.
Get rubbing alchohal put it in a spray bottle (you know like those windex bottles) and spray it on the disk and wipe it in a DOWNWARD manner with cloth and ya thats it.... or u can just buy disk cleaner at GameStop or somewhere
Firsy get anything that cleans stuff like discs. Like a small cloth that won't scratch or a alochol wipe and put your finger in the middle of the game and start cleaning.
