Hair Changing: Yes, you can change your character looks without starting all over again. On 24 Carrot Island you will find a restaurant. Go inside. To the far left there is a drink machine that says, "Our drinks will colour your hair!" Click on the cup then click on the machine. It will automatically zoom up. Click on the drink that you want to colour your hair. Hold your mouse there and the cup will fill up slowly. A button will appear saying drink. Press it and you will drink it then your hair will change colour. Or press Ctrl + Shift + h.
Customizing: At the top right you will find a picture of a shirt. Click on it and you can click on any character you like the clothes of. A screen will come up and you can change clothes with that person. Unfortunately, not all things can be changed, such as some kinds of clothes and your eyeballs. You can also take away things by clicking on yourself and the thing you wish to take away. Also, not all things you can take away.
