How do you build sign on Minecraft?

Assuming you know how to make a sign, you must place the sign in your desired location. Once this is done the sign will appear on your screen. You should be able to type on your keyboard the words you wish the sign to display. To change lines, simply click the enter, or return, key until you can type on the desired line.

You need to make a crafting table and then get six wooden planks and a stick. Place the stick in the bottom middle square on your crafting table. Now fill the middle and top row with six wooden plank (three for each row) and there you have it. If you didn't understand this just tell me or look up sign on the minecraft wiki.

To make a sign, you will need only 2 logs. Craft them into planks, this will give you 8 wooden planks. Now craft the sticks (only once if you only have 2 logs) and you have all the materials needed to make a sign.

you need 6 wooden planks and one stick, you put the 6 Wooden planks up the top of your crafting table than put your stick in the middle under so it looks a bit like a "T"

select the sign, right click the place where you want to put it, type your message, then hit exc. you will need to press "enter" at the end of every line of text.
