Try taking the disk out of the drive.
Go to your Uploads on your Sims game launcher and download it on to the website.
I've just got the game and I installed it. When I try to run it by launcher, my computer restarts. But when I run it by crack it works perfectly. Can anyone help me, I really wanna know what's the problem?
You should see a bag. Click it and it should bring you to the store. Or you can click on the 3 dots and select open launcher and from there go to the store.
In your launcher. You can click the downloads button in your Game Launcher and all of the things you downloaded will be there, hope I helped :)
You must have the sims launch open, and the hair/whatever, must be installed on to the sims. Also, you must be logged on in your launcher!
No, once your game launcher has updated you can not undo it.
You simply get connection to your Internet
go onto the sims 3 launcher and on the game updates screen you can tick a box that says 'automatic updates' tick the box; and every time an update for sims arrives your game will update itself automatically.

You can run TS3 without the launcher. Simply go to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin (default install path) and run TS3.exe. The game will still recognize anything you've installed via the launcher. For convenience, you can just create a shortcut to that exe file on your desktop and start the Sims that way. You'll still need to start the launcher to install sims3.packs but you could completely avoid the launcher if you learn how to make s3packs into packages and how to install them.
