The puzzle consists of various boulders you must push using Strength which you need to use to push the boulders onto the grey looking circles on the ground. Once you put each boulder on each hole text should appear saying something happened far away. Go south to the Tanoby Chambers and go inside any of them and walk around for a bit and eventually a wild Unown will appear.
