None. An ice pack is a man made product for help keeping things cold.
Roads covered in snow and ice should be covered with salt and sand. This will help make the roads as safe to drive on as possible. Also, driving at lower speeds while using all traffic recommendations will help prevent any injuries or crashes.

this is really not a great idea for the reason that most people do NOT want food to be served by a child, whether you own the store or not, by all means if the child wants to help out, OK, but not to handle food of any sort.
If you mean "salmonella" then there shouldn't be any in ice cream unless it has gone bad.
