Halo 3 multiplayer was fun, the guns' damage was prefect, but ever since Halo Reach was released all the Halo gamers have been playing that, if you want to get Halo 3 get Halo 3 ODST so that you get the mythic map pack for Halo3 and every other map, bUT I recommend Halo Reach over it.

Halo Reach is definitely for single player. Campaign and Forge, you can do alone, but you will get the most amount of entertainment out of the multiplayer modes.
