I'm pretty doubtful. I tried playing it on my 32bit Vista on my laptop, but the game doesn't start. When I click the "Play EE" icon the computer does nothing. Not a single flash or sound. Maplestory will work on any Vista computers as long as they are not 64bit.

The easiest method is to verify with the vendor that the application downloaded will work on Vista. You are running Vista on a 32bit computer the application might have a chance to work, you can make software applications run on Vista by setting the compatibility mode to an older version of Windows. If you are running Vista on a 64bit computer the application will not work at all. The application will need to be a 64bit application and vista compatible.
Ultimate Editions
that happened to me in vista 64bit, had to uncheck xp compatability mode and it started just fine again
No, this card is not compatable with windows vista.
Microsoft has rewritten the memory management manager for Windows 7 as Vista was poor (as we all know). Microsoft apparently did extensive studies and research to get this right for Windows 7 (probably because Vista was such a flop)
