If by Oracle of Seasons you are referring to the 2001 Legend of Zelda game of the same name, then unfortunately I must answer no, that particular game is exclusively on the Gameboy Colour and not available on the Gameboy Advance. If you wish to play these games, you may indeed have to acquire a Cameboy Colour, but by now they should be rather cheap to acquire second hand. Alternatively, you could try using an emulator to play the game on your PC.
