To unlock T.T, you have to do a number of things. First, you have to get all the keys to unlock the locked door in each world. Then you do what T.T tells you to do there and beat him in the races. This is how you complete the T.T amulet. Then you have to beat all his ghosts in single race mode, not adventure mode. You start the race, and it shows T.T in the top left-hand corner when you're selecting the vehicle for the race. Tap T.T, and it will say "Time trial on!" then you have to race him and beat him. You have to beat him in every course with every vehicle available in the course, not including the ones you can unlock (Thunder Cove, Meandering Mount, Splashdown Pass, Strangled Shrine). If you beat him, it will say "T.T BEATEN!" on the scoreboard and results. Hope this helped!
