Yes you can play content that is rated M (provided parental controls don't allow you to) on your xbox, and you can (ironically) buy content that is rated M (I'm not sure about full games, but I didn't get a fuss when buying Halo map packs, and told I can't download a free video) but you can not download Mature content on a non-adult gamertag. I'd advise making a free silver account with the age over 18 that you can use to download any content like demos and videos.
Type 'minecraft' into search in the marketplace, making sure you are signed in to the xbox live account you bought it on, select minecraft xbox 360 edition, and the 'buy' button should be replaced with a 'download' button.
Go to ijji.com and download the annoying ijji Reactor. After you made an ijji account or signed in using Facebook, press on the AVA picture and press the big yellow button that says "Download".
To download apps from the android market you must... Have a google account signed in and working have a working internet connnection have space on your phone

To get new maps for COD WaW, you first have to have an internet connection and be signed in to your online account. I don't know what it's called on other platforms, but on the Xbox 360 you go to the Xbox LIVE Marketplace. From there find the "A-Z" tab and find COD WaW, go to the downloadable content (DLC) and find a game add-on that gives a description of new multiplayer or co-op maps. Again I only know for sure on the 360, so you must have Microsoft Points purchased on your account. With those points you buy a game add-on of your choice and download it. After the download is complete, you can then put in COD WaW and play your new maps.
when u download from xbox live it is digitally signed to your gamertag and console id so doing this would only allow ur friend to use it when signed into xbox live as you.
If you can't play user-created content in Halo 3, that means your family settings wont let you. Go to family settings on you Xbox Live account (on the website or on your Xbox 360) and change the Member-created content setting to everyone. _____________ i hope so too... ____________

You can visit gmail on the PSVita's browser, but in my experience it's a bit unreliable, kept logging me out. This might have been because I was signed into my account on PC at the same time. Nonetheless, I was able to access my gmail account on PSVita and view my emails.
When you are signed in on the website, click on my account, and toward the bottom of the screen, click delete account.
On one PS3, you can only be signed in to one account at a time.
