In a recent developer's blog, Mod Mark Gerhard answers some Q & A questions.

In one particular question, a player asks whether there will be a console version for RuneScape... and the CEO answers quote; "Yes, indeed, we are looking at all the consoles at the moment and deciding which one or two are best for our community."
So there's your answer. No word yet on when they will be released, or which consoles they'll be on, but I really doubt that they'll be the actual MMORPG as RuneScape in itself is very unique in controls, and those controls, are very unique to the PC.
